बिहार से मानवता को शर्मसार करने वाली बड़ी तस्वीरें सामने आई हैं, जिसे जमुई पार्ट 2 कहा जा रहा है. दरअसल, सिर्फ स्थान बदला है, जमुई की जगह समस्तीपुर लेकिन वाकया ठीक वैसा ही जहां बीच सड़क पर युवती के साथ हैवानियत हुई. समस्तीपुर के कर्पूरी ग्राम का ये वीडियो है जहां बाइक से जा रही लड़की से मनचलों द्वारा छेड़खानी की जा रही है. छेड़खानी का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है जिसके बाद पुलिस ने संज्ञान लिया है और आरोपियों को जल्द पकड़ने का भरोसा दिया है. सवाल बरकरार है क्या यही सुशासन है जिसकी बात राज्य सरकार करती है और कब वीडियो वायरल हो और कब महिलाओं को सुरक्षा मिले क्या इसी भरोसे अब महिलाओं की सुरक्षा रह गई है.
वीडियो में देखा गया कि युवती बार-बार खुद को छुड़ाने की कोशिश करती रही लेकिन लोग छोड़ते नजर नहीं आए. समस्तीपुर में जमुई पार्ट 2 इसलिए कहा जा रहा है क्योंकि कुछ दिन पहले ही जमुई से ठीक ऐसी घटना सामने आई थी जहां अपने दोस्त के साथ मौजूद लड़की के साथ छेड़खानी हुई थी जिसके बाद पुलिस ने मुख्य आरोपी समेत 6 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया था लेकिन कार्रवाई थमी ही नहीं थी कि दूसरा मामला सामने आ गया. इससे साफ है कानून का कितना भी पालन करवाया जाए अपराधी पूरी तरह बेखौफ हो चले हैं.

Anthropic’s Claude finds new CRISPR-like system in viruses
