धार भोजशाला में सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश, अंदर नमाज की मांग खारिज, परिसर के बाहर मिलेगी जगह
मध्य प्रदेश के धार (Dhar) जिले के ऐतिहासिक और बेहद संवेदनशील सरस्वती मंदिर-कमाल मौला मस्जिद यानी 'भोजशाला' (Bhojshala) विवाद मामले में देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत ने एक बड़ा और महत्वपूर्ण आदेश जारी किया है। हाईकोर्ट के फैसले के खिलाफ मुस्लिम पक्ष की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने एक अंतरिम व्यवस्था दी है। कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया है कि भोजशाला परिसर के भीतर नमाज पढ़ने पर रोक बरकरार रहेगी, लेकिन मुस्लिम पक्ष को शुक्रवार की जुमे की नमाज (Friday Namaz) के लिए परिसर के बाहर ही पास में कोई उपयुक्त जगह हर शुक्रवार को दोपहर 1:00 से 3:00 बजे के बीच मुहैया कराई जाए।
