पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के मामले में एएनआई ने बड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की है. NIA ने जम्मू की विशेष अदालत में सप्लीमेंट्री चार्जशीट दाखिल की है और आतंकी हाफिज सईद के खिलाफ गैर-जमानती वारंट यानी NBW जारी करवा लिया है. साथ ही उसे भगोड़ा घोषित करने की प्रक्रिया भी शुरू कर दी गई है. NIA ने कोर्ट में बताया कि हाफिज सईद पाकिस्तान में है और उसे भारत लाने की सभी कानूनी संभावनाएं लगभग खत्म हो चुकी हैं. इसलिए अब नए कानून के तहत उसकी गैरमौजूदगी में ही ट्रायल चलाया जाएगा. इसी को "ट्रायल इन एब्सेंशिया" कहा जाता है.

'Weak Outside, Strong Inside': Sonam Wangchuk On Hunger Strike For 17 Days
Internationally acclaimed educator and climate activist Sonam Wangchuk has been on a hunger strike for past 17 days at Delhi's Jantar Mantar. And its impact on his health is visible.
According to the latest health bulletin released on Monday, Wangchuk "has lost 8.2kg".
"Wangchuk has lost 8.25 kg, his blood sugar levels have repeatedly fallen below 70 mg/dL (normal fasting levels are around 100 mg/dL), and he is experiencing constant dizziness, severe muscle loss and visible weakness, with his rib cage now clearly visible," the protesters said on Monday. "Despite his condition, the Union government has not sent a single representative to initiate a dialogue."
"I'm weak from the outside, but I'm strong from inside," Wangchuk told reporters on Monday.
The protest at Jantar Mantar was started by the online satirical movement, the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), who are demanding educational reforms in India.

अयोध्या राम मंदिर के बाद अब जम्मू-कश्मीर के पवित्र माता वैष्णो देवी मंदिर से एक बेहद चौंकाने वाली और श्रद्धालुओं की आस्था को ठेस पहुंचाने वाली खबर सामने आई है. आरोप है कि मंदिर में चढ़ाई गई चांदी में भारी मिलावट की गई है. जब करीब 20 टन चांदी को पिघलाने के लिए सरकारी मिंट भेजा गया, तो जांच में पता चला कि इसमें से 530 करोड़ रुपये की चांदी पूरी तरह से नकली है. 550 करोड़ की इस चांदी में सिर्फ 5 से 6 प्रतिशत ही असली चांदी पाई गई, बाकी हिस्सा कैडमियम और लोहे का निकला है. इस खुलासे के बाद हड़कंप मच गया है. क्राइम ब्रांच में शिकायत के बावजूद जब FIR दर्ज नहीं हुई, तो मामला जम्मू कोर्ट पहुंच गया. अब कोर्ट ने इस मामले में सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए जांच अधिकारी को 29 जुलाई को सारे रिकॉर्ड के साथ तलब किया है.
