मार्केट रेगुलेटर सेबी (SEBI) ने अदाणी ग्रुप के चेयरमैन गौतम अदाणी, चार समूह कंपनियों और अन्य 13 लोगों को मिनिमम पब्लिक शेयरहोल्डिंग यानी न्यूनतम सार्वजनिक शेयरधारिता (MPS) नियमों के कथित उल्लंघन मामले से जुड़े प्रोसिडिंग्स से पूरी तरह मुक्त कर दिया है. इसके लिए 1.48 करोड़ रुपये का सेटलमेंट चार्ज यानी निपटान शुल्क का भुगतान किया गया है. इस क्लियरेन्स के दायरे में अदाणी एंटरप्राइजेज लिमिटेड, अदाणी पावर लिमिटेड, अदाणी पोर्ट्स एंड स्पेशल इकोनॉमिक जोन लिमिटेड और अदाणी ट्रांसमिशन लिमिटेड (जो अब अदाणी एनर्जी सॉल्यूशंस लिमिटेड के नाम से जानी जाती है) के साथ-साथ उनके निदेशक भी शामिल हैं.
