उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने फिर राम मंदिर के मुद्दे पर समाजवादी पार्टी और कांग्रेस को आड़े हाथों लिया है. स्पेशल इनवेस्टिगेशन टीम की रिपोर्ट और राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट में हुए बड़े प्रशासनिक फेरबदल के बीच सीएम योगी ने अयोध्या में एक विशाल जनसभा को संबोधित किया. इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने डबल इंजन सरकार द्वारा किए गए विकास कार्यों का रिपोर्ट कार्ड जनता के सामने रखा और समाजवादी पार्टी व कांग्रेस पर तीखा सियासी हमला बोला. सीएम योगी ने इस दौरान कहा, 'एक समय था, जब अयोध्या को नजरअंदाज कर दिया गया था. सरयू का पानी सड़ता रहता था, कोई देखने वाला नहीं था. लेकिन डबल इंजान की सकार आने के बाद अयोध्या को एक नई पहचान मिली है. हम लोगों ने अयोध्या को स्वच्छ और सुंदर बना कर सनातन धर्म की एक सांस्कृतिक राजधानी के रूप में फिर से उसकी स्थापना के साथ जोड़ा है.' मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने एक बार फिर दोहराया कि समाजवादी पार्टी ने तो रामभक्तों पर गोलियां तक चलवा दी थीं. राम मंदिर बनने की दिशा में कई बार रोड़ा अटकाया. लेकिन अब इसी राम मंदिर की चर्चा विदेशों में तक में हो रही है.
देश भर में मॉनसून पूरी तरीके से सक्रिय हो चुका है, जिसके चलते उत्तर भारत से लेकर पश्चिम भारत तक भारी तबाही और आफत की बारिश का दौर जारी है. मौसम विभाग (IMD) ने देश के 18 राज्यों में भारी बारिश, आंधी-तूफान और वज्रपात का अलर्ट जारी किया है. दिल्ली-एनसीआर, उत्तर प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश, गुजरात और महाराष्ट्र में मूसलाधार बारिश के कारण जनजीवन पूरी तरह अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया है और कई जिलों में एहतियातन स्कूल-कॉलेजों को बंद कर दिया गया है.आमतौर पर ऐसे हालात जुलाई अंत में दिखते हैं, लेकिन इस बार कुछ ही दिन की बारिश ने पूरे देश को जलमग्न कर दिया है. कश्मीर से कन्याकुमारी और गुजरात से बंगाल तक हर तरफ सैलाब का खौफनाक मंजर है. दिल्ली, गाजियाबाद, नोएडा, हरिद्वार, ऋषिकेश, रुद्रप्रयाग, सूरत, मुंबई, पुणे समेत कई शहर पानी में डूब गए हैं. दिल्ली-एनसीआर में एक दिन में दो हादसे हुए. गाजियाबाद के इंद्रापुरम में करंट लगने से सिक्योरिटी गार्ड की मौत हुई. वहीं, समयपुर बादली में 8 साल की बच्ची जलभराव में डूब गई. सिस्टम की लापरवाही भी सामने आई है.
मौसम विभाग ने कई राज्यों में ऑरेंज और येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है. उत्तर प्रदेश के पूर्वांचल के 17 जिलों कुशीनगर, बहराइच, लखीमपुर खीरी आदि में ऑरेंज अलर्ट है. लखनऊ, अयोध्या, रायबरेली समेत 29 जिलों में येलो अलर्ट है. उत्तराखंड के नैनीताल, चंपावत, उधमसिंह नगर में रेड अलर्ट और देहरादून, हरिद्वार में ऑरेंज अलर्ट है. पहाड़ी इलाकों में लैंडस्लाइड से रास्ते बंद हैं. टिहरी में एक घर लैंडस्लाइड में गिर गया, रुद्रप्रयाग में अलकनंदा-मंदाकिनी उफान पर हैं. स्कूलों को भी बंद करना पड़ा है. गाजियाबाद में 12 जुलाई तक, जबकि नैनीताल, चमोली, बागेश्वर में 10 जुलाई को स्कूल बंद रहेंगे. हापुड़ में 18 घंटे की बारिश से मकान गिरने से एक व्यक्ति की मौत हुई. सहारनपुर में बाइक सवार नदी में बह गए, ग्रामीणों ने बचाया. आगरा, बुलंदशहर में दुकानों में पानी घुसने से लाखों का नुकसान हुआ. गुजरात के सूरत में दशकों का रिकॉर्ड टूटा, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान, बिहार, गोवा, कर्नाटक, केरल में भी भारी बारिश है. एसडीआरएफ, एनडीआरएफ अलर्ट पर हैं. मौसम विभाग ने लोगों से नदी-नालों से दूर रहने और जरूरी होने पर ही घर से निकलने की अपील की है.
