Accused Chetan Taken To Lohagad Fort As Cops Intensify Probe In Pune Murder Case
Pune police will bring accused Cheta Chaudhary to the Lohagarh Fort on Wednesday to conduct a crime scene reconstruction and gait analysis involving the murder of Ketal Agarwal.
The exercise is aimed at verifying the sighting through forensic gait-matching. Gait analysis refers to the study of human movement during walking or running, mostly used by police for suspects captured on videos or CCTVs.
Alongside the gait analysis, police will also carry out a fresh crime scene reconstruction involving Chetan Chaudhary at Lohagad Fort, since only the reconstruction involving accused Siya Goyal has been conducted in the case so far.

Calcutta HC Seeks Report From Bengal Police On Egg Attacks On Political Persons
A division bench of the Calcutta High Court, on Tuesday, directed the West Bengal Police to submit a report on the actions taken by the police administration in the incidents of eggs being thrown at political leaders and workers in the state since the results of the recently concluded Assembly elections were declared on June 4.
The division bench of the High Court's Acting Chief Justice Tapabrata Chakraborty and Justice Partha Sarathi Chatterjee gave this direction to the state police after hearing on public interest litigation (PIL) filed by the Trinamool Congress.
In the PIL, the petitioners accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) activists of throwing eggs towards Trinamool Congress leaders, including former and present elected public representatives from the party, in the presence of the police, with the cops remaining mute spectators during those egg attacks.

4-Year-Old Boy Dies After Falling Into 220-Foot-Deep Borewell In Haryana
A four-year-old boy, who fell into a 220-foot-deep open borewell in Haryana's Ambala district, was declared dead after he was pulled out following a 21-hour rescue operation early Wednesday.
Nirvair Singh was taken out from the borewell at around 3.40 am after the multi-agency operation that began on Tuesday morning. He was immediately shifted in an ambulance to the Civil Hospital in Ambala Cantonment.
A doctor at the hospital said the child was brought dead when he was taken to the emergency ward.
